* Maximum occupancy: Studio: 2 adults; 1-bedroom apartment - 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults; 2-bedroom apartment - 4 adults + 2 children or 5 adults; 3-bedroom apartment: 6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults.
* Min stay during New Year Period - 3 overnights.
* Christmas and New Year Gala dinner - compulsory!
* Cancellations:
- Changes on early booking reservations are not allowed!
- Cancellations from 14-7 days before arrival - penalty 50% of the reservation amount;
- Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – penalty 100% of the reservation amount;
- For New Year Period all cancelations after 01.12.2025 will be charged on 100% of the reservation amount.
* Early booking discount is not valid for New Year's period 29 December - 03 January!
* Reservations with Early booking discount - deposit payment of 50% until the end of the early booking period, balance payment - 14 days before the arrival date;
* No show – penalty 100% of the reservation;

Poor quality of staff. Non of them was helpful or had a sense of humor. The lady at the Spa was an exception. Room was very dirty. we stayed 4 nights and they did not even bother to change the sheets or the towels??!!??
Excellent location, ski in-out and also transfer to ski center upon request (very helpful!!!!), friendly staff, cozy lobby, spa area. spacious rooms (2-bedroom apartment)-the only problem was that you could run out of hot water....would definitely stay there again!!!!
I want to thank you for a great service. We had a great time and all went very well. If I had any issues there was two. One the food in the hotel was not great and it was geared more towards western European tastes and was unfortunately cold to luke warm most of the time. There was a lack of staff who spoke english and the week I picked was probably not the best as there was a lack of English or Irish people in the hotel so we felt a little bit ostracized. Overall it was a great holiday and Nelly as usual was great, our Ski instructer Gal was great. Thanks again. Martin
Girls at reception desk are very unfriendly and unhelpful. I hated asking them for anything as they’d look annoyed and roll their eyes no matter how small the request. Bar man kept giving back short change?? We had a room for 5 people but only 4 glasses, spoons etc. Overall a nice hotel but could improve with staff training or even a smile. As staff look unhappy to work there.
Hotel Staff were extremely unfriendly, and rude. The Barman was very unprofessional and make a joke of us with his Bulgaria friends when we ordered drinks. This happened a few times. Disgraceful . Food in the hotel is dreadful. The floors in the rooms were dirty, they were not swept daily. There was no wardrobe in one of the rooms, we had no where to but the children’s clothes. The handle on the toilet door, was broken.
We enjoyed our stay at Kamelia. The staff could have been a bit more firiendlly. I understand there is a language barrier in some cases.
One thing did arise on a few occasions. One of the Bar staff attempted to short change a few of our group a number of times. It happened too often for it to be accidental. The Bar tender in question was on duty on the evening of Wednesday Feb 27th, the night before we departed and again he short changed one of the group. Not very nice behaviour.
Nelly from Bulgaria Ski who was at the property to greet us and organise everything was AMAZING. I would also like to thank the booking team who went out of their way to accommodate us and answer all our questions. Thank you so much.
The music in the dining room for both Dinner and Breakfast was dreadful, so loud and distracting.
The food in the Hotel is awful.
The Hotel General areas are much too warm.
The rooms are clean, but the beds are very uncomfortable.
The water for the shower is on a boiler in the bathroom, if you use it all there is no more hot water.
The Hotel Staff had very little English
In General the Hotel is a good base to go skiing and it is good value but, dont eat there!!!
Great hotel and location, unfortunately reception staff have very little English. Hotel food was very poor but lovely food in local restaurants especial Sultan restaurant. Our boys tried to play a game of pool but the table was constantly booked up, they never managed to have a game and we where there for a week. Would love to return to this hotel as the above are only minor complaints, would still return.
