Overall the Villa Park was a great place to stay. As with all of the people in Borovets the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, especially the well equipped and professionally run Spa. I should mention however that for a self catering apartment the in room facilities were poor. There was no kettle, pans, cooking utensils or drink making facilities.

We expected buffet breakfast, but it was fixed menu with rather limited choices.

I made reservation for a hotel in the middle of the village. Was moved to this hotel outside the village. After contact with agent, we got a nice hotel inside the village after first night. The Villa Park was a nice hotel with great service, but to far away from town and slopes for us. Thanks!

Great weekend, great hotel with great staff. Only down point was needed abit more snow and the return transfer ran into difficulties due to a language problem/barrier.
Good time, enjoyed by all 17 of us
