Balkaniada Borovets
The Student's winter Balkaniada Borovets 2011 started on 01 March 2011. 300 students from universities from Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Bosna and Hertsegovina participated in the third edition of the winter students festival. The Balkaniada is being organized by the National representative of the student's counsels with the kind cooperation of Borosport – the operator of the ski slopes in Borovets. The competition took place between 02 – 04 March. The participants competed in the following disciplines: ski rally, snow relay-race, fast sledge, snowboard and ski giant slalom. This year the event also included the National student alpine skiing competition.
