Overall the Villa Park was a great place to stay. As with all of the people in Borovets the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, especially the well equipped and professionally run Spa. I should mention however that for a self catering apartment the in room facilities were poor. There was no kettle, pans, cooking utensils or drink making facilities.

We booked a private transfer to the airport yet had to go back to the resort from 10 km away and collect another 2 people due to a mistake seemingly made by BulgariaSki. This could have caused us a problem had we hit traffic / an accident, thankfully not on this occasion. We have not had any offer of compensation for this and were not really given the option of not going back to collect them. An explanation / apology and some form of recompense would be appreciated.

I made reservation for a hotel in the middle of the village. Was moved to this hotel outside the village. After contact with agent, we got a nice hotel inside the village after first night. The Villa Park was a nice hotel with great service, but to far away from town and slopes for us. Thanks!

Modern, Clean, Very friendly. 5 minuits walk to the slopes. Loved it would reccommend and definately stay here again. Food in restaurant was very good.

Hi we stayed at Villa Park over New Year just gone and it was so good we are seriously thinking about going back before the season is over. For the price you really cannot beat this hotel. It is brand new and has everything you need for a cosy stay. The only down side is that you cannot hire skis in the hotel and it is a 5 minute walk uphill to the lift. However it is in the middle of a beautiful forest and it is nice to be away from the hectic main street.
