CANCELATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:

- 14 working days before, during the period 08 Jan - 14 Jan 2011; 29 Jan - 19 Feb 2011;
- 31 working days before, during the period 29 Dec 2010 - 07 Jan 2010;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for 18 - 24 Dec 2010; 08 Jan - 31 Mar 2011 and 100 % penalty for New Year Period.
