The Hotel Georgi! This two star rated hotel is basic but, clean. The hotels only advantage is the close proximity to the gondalas which are a 5 minute walk. The accomodation consists of single beds in cramped rooms. The ensuites are typical continental with many rooms having tight spaces incorporating the WC and the showering facilities with sloped floors for the shower run off. The restaraunt in the hotel leaves little to the imagination with Bulgarian food being the mainstay. THe menu is extremely limited and the staff are not really ready to handle non Bulgarian speakers. I found it difficult to get any information/ points of view across as the language barrier was greater than the Topflight daily meal allowance. Overall though the ski resort is brilliant and the ski school very well organised. If you have a choice do not take the Georgi hotel as your accomodation as many hotels located further away operate bus services to the Gondalas. Five stars for the skiing -2stars for the hotel. Shane

We stayed at the hotel Perun in Bansko, great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the only downside is that you cannot get breakfast till 8 oclock which makes you late to the Gondola, ther than that fantastic

Bansko, is an excellent place to visit and the ski instructors were excellent in teaching the beginners to ski, the resort/hotels are very family run and have that personal touch. People here are very geniune and always willing to help. Very nice winter resort.

My son and me spent our holiday in Bansko hotel Elegant. It is a very nice hotel nearby the skilift. Very nice rooms and great swimmingpool and sauna. People there were very kind and helpfull.
