CANCELLATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 16 working days before, during the period 02 Jan 2012 - 18 Feb 2012; 05 Mar - 01 Apr 2012
- 18 working days before,during the period 20 - 25 Dec 2011; 19 Feb - 04 Mar 2012;
- 30 working days before, during the period 26 Dec 2011 - 01 Jan 2012;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for the period 18 - 25 Dec 2011; 02 Jan - 01 Apr 2012 and 100 % penalty for 26 Dec 2011 - 01 Jan 2012. In case of No Show - 100 % penalty.
