As you will see from the above most of what your company supplied was good. There is, however, one complaint. We booked the hotel because of its close postion to the ski lift as indicated in your web site. This turned out to be ski station no. 1 which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. On our first morning, your local representative told us to meet him at ski station no. 2 and to get a taxi. We then discovered that ski station 2 is some distance from the hotel, the taxi was 20 Bgl one way. There are buses but they only travel one way in the morning and return in the evening, are usually full by the time they reach the hotel and will not allow skis in the bus. On meeting your rep I expressed my concern as we had bought a ski hire, lift pass package from your Sofia agent and ski station 2 was not good for us. His suggestion was that we paid an additional sum to store the skis at station 2 and either used the bus or paid for a taxi each day. We eventually, without help or guidance from your local rep, found ski station 1 and hired skis from there. When subsequently referring back to your rep for a refund of the unused ski package sold to us (the lift pass was fine), he referred us to you agent in Sofia. That agent was most unhelpful and seemed to suggest the problem was our fault and we should have used the ski package provided from ski station 2. This has left us with a very bad impression of the help that you company gives to clients in the resort and the manner in which they deal with legitimate complaints. Had we been told the offered ski hire package could only be used from a ski station remote to the hotel and not at the ski station close to the hotel (as indicated in your web site) we would not have bought that ski package
