All apartments of Balkans are luxury furnished and each apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a cofee table, 21-inch colour TV with international channels (inclusive Eurosport, Discovery, CNN, MTV, etc.), 14-inch TV in every bedroom, open-plan kitchenette with all cooking and eating facilities and equipped with refrigerator, oven with cooking plates, microwave, toaster, cutlery. The single bedroom apartments can sleep upto 4 persons (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the folding sofa at the living room) The two-bedroom apartments can sleep upto 6 persons and the three-bedroom apartments can accommodate upto 8 persons. It is also important to know that the apartments have open-plan kitchenettes which are interconnected with the living room. Most of the apartments have mountain views, but the ones facing south have beautiful views to Pirin (the mountain of Bansko). These luxury apartments are equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, incl. all bedding/linen. Cleaning service is provided daily and is free of charge. Allocated parking spaces in front of the building, available for use free of charge on first come first serve basis. Underground garages are available for use at 5 Euros for 24 hours. Private ski-bus is available for guests who do not want to walk to the first station of the Gondola lift. Transportation services are provided against a small fee.
