Location: The Orphey Hotel is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Bansko winter resort in Bulgaria. The hotel is situated in a quiet and picturesque location, just 15 minutes away from the Bansko National Revival Complex and the town’s centre and 2 km away from the Gondila lift.

Accommodation: The Hotel offers 27 double rooms, 18 luxurious double rooms, 11 family rooms, 8 suites, 7 deluxes suites and St. Valentine suite.

All Luxurious rooms and suites feature terraces with a view to the park and the Pirin Mountain. Double rooms offer two separate beds and an optional bedroom. Two rooms may be joined through a door to meet the needs of families with children. Family rooms and suites consist of two separate rooms and an individual WC. Luxurious suites are equipped with bathroom jacuzzi and shower cabins and living-room fire-places.

Wine & Dine: The main restaurant of the Hotel offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere and its staff is prepared to satisfy even the finest culinary wishes. Dining is a-la-carte and at block tables. The restaurant offers capacity of 120 seats and a summer garden with 50 seats. It is located on the first floor opposite the reception desk. Working hours: 8:00 – 23:00 The hotel also offers a Ethno-tavern and wine-cellar for 100 guests.
Lobby bar: The lobby bar of the hotel offers a variety of drinks, cocktails, sweets, quietness and privacy. Offering a lovely view to the garden, the bar is an excellent place for meeting friends or having a cup of aromatic coffee.

Spa and relax: Hotel Spa Centre availing with warm-water swimming pool with Jacuzzi, fitness, steam bath, aroma oil massages and many other soul and body therapies after a long day in the mountains or in any season throughout the year.

Conference and meeting facilities: The Hotel is suitable for organization and holding of conferences, seminars, work meetings, corporate trainings and promotions. An internet centre and 3 conference halls with individual places for breaks, coffee breaks and cocktails are at your disposal. The halls avail with modern equipment and telecommunication connections.

The mezzanine bar is open for business meetings, cocktails and coffee breaks during conferences and other events. It is located on the conference hall floor and directly connected to the service premises, it offers a discrete and expedient servicing.

Stayed at the Hotel orphey in Feb '06, and was really surprised by the sheer class of the place - it easily earns its 4 stars in every department. Located in a quiet area of bansko, with a nice park you can walk round at the back. Service is first class, every member of staff ought to be very proud that they are doing a terrific job, all speak pretty good english. A special thankyou to Emil, our rep with first choice (who was Bansko born and bred), who was terrific! Hotel is very relaxing, will definately return!!

We stayed at the Orphey last Feb... The rooms were great - very spacious with balcony, tv, fridge and nice bathroom that had the radio hooked up to... nice for relaxing in the bath after a day on the slopes listening to music! The facilities at the hotel were nice.. good pool and relaxing spa and health stuff (the ladies used this stuff more than me)... nice bar area (although drink prices are a lot more than you get in town!). Restaurant is ok, but beware if you go with young kids... theres only 1 highchair and we had 2 under 2 year olds! Also the kids room wasnt the best - just a selection of toys that had been left behind... food was better than i thought after hearing all the scare stories about food in bulgaria. The shuttle busses to the gondola run roughly every ten minutes and start at 8ish - best getting in the first ones to get to the gondola before the rush! The drivers are helpful... All in all it was a great hotel to stay in - staff friendly, very clean and very modern...
