RAZLOG GAME BREEDING STATION
“Razlog” Game State Breeding Station is found in 1913. It is situated 150 km south of Sofia. The station includes three forest complexes. The largest one lies on the southern and south- eastern slopes of the Eastern parts of Rila Mountain. The second complex is spread on the lowest part of the northern slopes of Vihren Ridge in Pirin. The third complex covers the Eastern part of Razlog valley in Western Rodopi mountain range. The whole Razlog breeding station occupies 13 700 hectares of hunting ground at 800- 1800 meters above sea level.
The hunters can stay at:
"Predel” Hunting House - two double rooms with private bathrooms
“Perivol” Hunting House - four double rooms with private bathrooms
The two hunting houses offer dining- room with fireplace, cozy atmosphere and typical Pirin cuisine.
The guests of the houses are served by professionally trained hunting personnel. Off- road vehicles are offered at the guests’ disposal.
Razlog state game- breeding preserve offers attractive routes for eco- tourism, photo- safaris and fishing tourism. The predatory animals, that can be seen there are: wolf, fox, wild cat and marten. The most remarkable sights to see in the region are: “Baiovi Dupki- Djindirica” reserve, the”Predel”area and the architecture preserve and world- known ski centre- Bansko resort.
