Location: Redenka Lodge is a three star apart hotel, part of vacation complex “Redenka”, situated amidst picturesque nature and breathtaking scenery of the peaks of the Pirin Mountain. The hotel is situated just 1.5 km away from the brand new golf course “Pirin Golf & Counrty club”, 2 km to Razlog and 8 km from the biggest ski resort in Bulgaria – Bansko. Accommodation: “Redenka Lodge” is a modern alpine style hotel, offering 87 completely furnished one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment offers a fully fitted kitchenette with all necessary appliances for cooking and dining (refrigerator, oven, hot plates, utensils and silverware), TV in all rooms, DVD player, wireless and cable Internet (free), telephone. Each apartment offers an individual bathroom. Most of the apartments offer comfortable balconies.
So many comforts! So much fun! Vacation Complex “Redenka” offers sport and relaxing facilities that can be rarely found elsewhere. Guests of the complex can use a huge indoor swimming pool with dimensions 13 x 7 m, with wide windows, offering lots of sun beams even during the coldest winter days. Wellness centre with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, massage centre, fitness hall and solarium. The lobby bar is situated in “Redenka Palace” hotel. An exceptionally pleasant extra for a summer holiday in the mountain is the big outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar and kids’ area, sun beds and parasols. The complex also offers an open air tennis court, which can be also used as a volleyball playground. Guests of the hotel can use a huge football field with dimensions 72x28 m, covered with a real grass. A water basin, situated on Byala River, bred with trout fish will be available in the complex from July 2009. Guests of the complex will be able to catch their own fish and grill it on the open air barbeque in the complex. For convention events, seminars an company meetings the complex offers a small conference hall for 25 guests, as well as a bigger hall for 60 guests in the lobby bar of “Redenka Palace” complex.
The ground floor of the nearby building hosts the restaurant “Staria Razlog”, where guests can try traditional cuisine form Razlog. The restaurant serves the most popular Bulgarian and international dishes, as well as lunch menu, block table dinner or a-la-cart at very reasonable rates. The apart-hotel offers a reception desk, lobby, as well as entertainment hall for games with a wonderful summer terrace facing the mountain. If you are planning to cook your own food and use the cooking facilities (oven, hob, tins, pots and pans - in order to boil, fry or bake food) you must consider that there is an additional one-time charge as follows:
1-bedroom apartment: 15 Euro;
2-bedroom apartment: 20 Euro;
This fee will cover the washing of these facilities as well as the kitchenware and is provided only on check out. The payment of this fee is obligatory.
If you are using only the plates, salad bowls, glasses, forks, knives and spoons, as well as the microwave and the tea/coffee facilities to heat up your food and drinks you will not be charged this additional fee.
Please also note that by default your chambermaid will not wash your cutlery used for food and drinks during your stay. Therefore we kindly ask you to wash your cutlery with detergent and sponge provided, and throw the unnecessarry food in the bin inside the kitchen cupboards just under the sink.
We can provide everyday washing services at additional daily cost of 10 Euros. Please order at the reception desk!
The lighting of a fireplace and wood for 3 hours burninng is a subject to additional charge of 10 Euro. You will be provided with a box of firewood for approx. 3 hours burning. A person from the hotel staff will assist you with starting the fire and will give you instructions against fire accidents;
CANCELATION:* Cancellations for bookings can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation.
Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!
Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
