Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 days before, during the periods 09 Jan - 05 Feb 2011; 20 Feb - 09 April 2011;
- 10 days before,during the periods 19 Dec - 24 Dec 2010; 04 Jan - 08 Jan 2011; 06 Feb - 19 Feb 2011;
- 28 days before, during the period 25 Dec 2010 - 03 Jan 2011;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period.
Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
