Bansko will once again host the “Capi” Cup Championship

We are happy to announce that the 14th “Capi” Cup will be held in Bansko on the 31th December 2012. More than 130 racers are expected to come for the big event from Bulgaria, Serbia and Greece.

The alpine ski competition for children, named “Capi” Cup is organized every year in memory of the famous Bulgarian alpine skier Dimitar Dumanov – Capi.

The first competition took place at the “Shiligarnika” ski zone in April 1998. An year later, “Capi” Cup becomes part of the national calendar of alpine skiing for children of the Bulgarian Ski Federation.

In recent years, the event is organized by ski club “Ulen”.
