CANCELATION:Summer season cancellations: Cancellations can be made free of charge providing details of this are received at least 3 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Winter season cancellations: Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least 15 days before arrival; Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival !!! Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period.
