Location: Bansko Spa & Holidays hotel is situated just 15 minutes away from the gondola lift in Bansko mountain resort.
Accommodation: Bansko Spa and Holidays Hotel offers 6 flats, one of which designed for disabled persons, 5 family rooms, 87 double rooms, one of which designed for disabled persons, 23 for non-smokers, with an additional bed and a magnificent view to the mountain, lobby bar, restaurant accommodating 90 guests, folk-style tavern with 160 seats, piano bar, two conference halls – 120 and 60 guests, Spa center, kids room, ski storage, ski school, parking lot, shop and hairdresser.
All rooms and apartments are equipped with cable TV, Internet connection, telephone, air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe deposit box, bathtub and hair-dryer in the bathrooms .
Wine and dine: Restaurant (92 seats) - offers gourmet cuisine of national and European dishes and dietary menus, the Chef will serve you rare specialties especially for you.
Lobby bar (47 seats ) - you may enjoy the wonderful cakes and confectionary, exquisite drinks and cocktails in an exquisite atmosphere.

Supplements:
- Half board supplement (HB): 7 Euro per adult and 3.5 Euro per child per day.
- Resort fee - 7 Euro per adult and 4 Euro per child;
- New Year dinner (obligatory): 80 Euro per adult and 43 Euro per child;
- Christmas dinner (obigatory): 35 Euro per adult and 18 Euro per child.
Discounts:
- children up to 7 years old - free of charge;
- child 7-14 years old on extra bed: 50 % discount from the adult's price;
- child 7-14 years old on regular bed with 1 adult: 30 % discount from the adult's price;
- adult on extra bed: 30 % discount.
Maximum occupancy:
Double room - 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults;
Family room - 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults;
Apartment - 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
CANCELLATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least 15 days before arrival; Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival !!!
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period.
Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
