Accommodation The hotel features 15 one bedroom apartments and 20 two bedroom apartments. One-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom, living-room with a folding sofa, luxury bathroom with bath tub or shower and hair dryer, terrace. Two-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom, twin room, living-room with a folding sofa, bathroom with bath tub or shower and hair dryer. All apartments are equipped with TV with more than 40 satellite channels, DVD, central heating.
Wine & Dine: Balkantsi restaurant offers variety of dishes of the widely popular now Serbian and Macedonian cuisine. The typical Balkan-style atmosphere and interior of the restaurant make it absolutely authentic. The restaurant organizes theme evenings of Greek, French, Italian, American, Chinese and Bulgarian cuisine.
Spa centre: The spa centre offers sauna, steam-room, fitness, Jacuzzi, massage cabins.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleaning services and front desk assistance.
Had a couple of nights when we were bothered by extremely noisy neighbors (screaming and slamming doors at 1-3 AM)Please be more firm with these guests and if they don't comply to common sense rules regarding the respect for other people's sleeping hours, better ask them to leave.This is the reason why i would not recommend the place and i would look for another place to rest in my vacations.

Information that needs to be added to the website.
Guests need to be made aware that the gondola shuttle is an extra charge per day.
Also the spa and sauna facilities have to be paid for each time they are used.
The reception staff have very limited English.
The transfer from the airport to the resort is about three hours.
The resort is really good and I would like to visit there again.

The only comment I would have is that the SPA facilities at the Eagles Nest were found to be a chargeable extra which was not stated on the website or at the time of booking. But overall the experience was excellent, and we would defiantly look to use you again.

January 2011 was the second time I booked a hotel in Bulgaria though your website. Customer service was excellent, answered all my questions fast and helped me though many changes with the reservation. Thank you very much for all your support and be sure that next time we come to Bulgaria we will stay at the Eagle's Nest and book through bulgariaski.com.
