Location: Mont Blanc hotel is located in a prestigious area of the resort with mainly new villas and hotels around, just 5 minutes walking from the first station of the Gondola lift of Bansko and within 5 minutes walking from the Old town with all its restaurants, cafés and shops.
Complex facilities: Mont Blanc hotel features 4 floors and is served by elevator. The complex comprises of 29 vacation apartments with one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Sports centre with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room is available for use by all guests against a small fee.
Apartment amenities: All apartments of Mont Blanc are luxury furnished and each apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a cofee table, 21-inch colour TV with international channels (inclusive Europsport, Discovery, CNN, MTV, etc.), 14-inch TV in every bedroom, stereo sound system with CD & MP3 player, open-plan kitchenette with all cooking and eating facilities and equipped with fridge/ freezer, oven with hobs, microwave, toaster, cutlery.
The one-bedroom apartments sleep upto 4 persons (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the folding sofa at the living room). The two-bedroom apartments sleep upto 6 persons and the three-bedroom apartments can accommodate upto 8 persons. Most of the apartments have mountain views, but the ones facing south have beautiful views to the Pirin mountain. Cleaning service is provided every 3 days and is free of charge.
There are 8 allocated parking spaces in front of the building, available for use free of charge on first come first serve basis. Own ski-bus is serving all guests in Mont Blanc and provides regular transportation to the Gondola and back to Mont Blanc, only during the winter season 16 Dec - 30 March.

I run my own business therefore it was essential that I had internet access during my stay. We could not connect to the internet & the gentleman on reception was unable to tell us why. He did not offer any further assistance or try & find anyone who could. When your representative (Vladimir?) came to collect the balance of our payment, we told him our problem. He said he would go & sort it out. We never heard from him again.
I also had a problem operating the oven & was told to read the manual. Not very helpful.
The sofa bed was broken & sagged in the middle meaning it was impossible for 2 people to sleep comfortably on it. The toilet did not flush.
I would also suggest that some kind of rubber matting be used in the hall way from the front door. The floor was soaking wet & slippery as ice.
On the positive side, the towels were changed regularly.

The hotel didn't have the facilities tha you present in your site, there wasn't a spa facilities, the spa was in the eagles nest and they were charging for the use, also the breakfast was served at eagles nest hotel, the rooms weren't very clean, dust, hair, dirty walls and more.also the personal didn't speak english and the communication was bad and finally the wireless internet wasn't working in the second floor. I have stayed in Bansko in much better hotels with same or less money so I believe it was a very bad accommodation.

it would have been nice to have had a free (or, at least, much cheaper) bus to take us to the gondola station. i'm sure i remember there being one during our previous stays. 3.9lv per person seemed very expensive and so we didn't use it. it made no sense. 39lv (there were 5 of us) per journey adding up to nearly 80lv per day? it would have been considerably cheaper to hire taxis all week. On the plus side, we were VERY happy to find that our rooms were cleaned for us every day :)

The apartment was very nice, but there were a few problems with it. The heading was either insanely hot or freezing cold. Most of the lights didnt work & only 1 of the TV's in the apartment worked. The staff were very friendly & helpful & fixed the lights & heating as soon as we reported it so that was a great help. I would definitely return to the Mount Blanc apartments for future trips to Bansko.

Please, give my best to the hotel personal. I took six guys skiing and it was totally impossible to take any good time to thank the personal for their kindness.
My wife might want to take her work colleàgues to Bansko in March 2011. This would correspond to a group of 10-15 Finnish school teachers. I presume, they can book with BulgariaSki?

You should specify if the hotel on which you are looking at has certain services or the hotel next to it has those services. It happened that we were expecting to have sauna and massage services in our own hotel, but the services were actually across the street.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of comments about our accomodation in Mont Blanc Hotel. I was second time in your hotel and I was completely disappointed about one of the accomodated appartments. I fund it poor. More than this, the sound insulation between units is unexistent.
Is a promise, I'll be back in Bansko next year because I like very much your ski development, but I'll take much more carre about my request.
My recommandation, improve as much possible the quality of sound insulation; improve quality of apartmens in the way to have same confort in all of them.

We lived in Mont Blanc Apts in Bansko in Fabruary 2013. The hotel is situated near from gandola and the sentral street Pirin (10 minutes on foot). The rooms are well-heated and equipped with microwave oven, electric stove, kettle, toaster, cups, plates, pans, so you can cook by yourself. We prefered to eat in mehanas(restaurant of a national cuisine). There are TV in every room. But there is no washing machine and hairdryer, which have been promised to be. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. But they sweep very bad. Intertnet connection is bad and very often it doest'n work/ In general the ratio of the price and quality is very pleased.

We stayed in Mont blanc in january 2010, it was very nice 3-bedroom apt. for 2 familys.We have all we needed for self catering. Short distance to gondola and the center. We recomend this apartments for a budget holiday. This year we choose Narcis spa hotel with HB,and we hope it will be great holiday.

Comfortable rooms, warm, clean and friendly. The only problem is that you can hear your next door neighbor speaking...Also the next door restaurant "el Torino" is fantastic! Very good and cheap food! We had very nice ski holidays. We would be glad to go again next year.

My family and friends have stayed in Mont Blanc 1 on two occasions and are returning again in March 07. Apartment no 6 is a huge 2 bed apartment with all the mod cons. The location is excellent, close to the gondola and also close to the town and facilities. The Mont Blanc is excellent value for money.

best time i had in bansko was spendin all my nights at the sir gallahd (bar / restaurant ) next to the hotel made friends with all the staff at the sir gallahad as well as the hotel staff they will never forget about me if you just ask if they know moynul the bangladeshi boy who went down the mountain to get his freinds snowboard (hehe) would also be grateful if you could pass my emial to lubo at the hotel and to every one one at the sir gallahad again just wanted to say the best holiday i ve ever had had and will definitly be visiting again not just for the snowboarding but to see all the friends i made byeee

hi arrival bansko very morning(9:00pm) wednesday 21/03 and departure friday 23/03(17:00)...and two-bedroom apartments two nights can sleep upto 6 persons.ok?the cost per night 83eyro?and two nights 166 eyro?
