BULGARIAN SKI RESORT BANSKO WITH RING ROAD

Bulgaria's ski resort of Bansko will see a new ring road, which will be built over the following year.
Traffic jams that are hellish at the peak of the winter season have brought forth the need for a new road, BNR reported.
Bansko mayor Alexander Kravarov has met with the state Roads agency, and asked for a EUR 2.5 M grant for building the road. The municipality will allocate and additional EUR 450,000 to build a bridge, EUR 120,000 for sewage and pipes and EUR 75,000 for the ring-road projects.
