THE NEW SEASON OPENING IN BANSKO

On December 16 the ski season in Bansko will be officially opened with a grand celebration on the ski slopes. Like last year, the opening of the season will gather some of the world’s most famous skiers. The opening will begin with a downhill on Tomba, by the Olympic and world gold medallist Lasse Kjuse and the world champion Marc Girardelli. Organisers promise a huge party at the base station of the gondola. Bulgaria’s singer Rushi Vidinliev and the Netherlands’ Hermes House Band will sing on the open stage, specially prepared for th eevent in the resort.
