Fantastic booking service - however Hotel could not find the reservations and the female hotel manager is very rude and really is in the wrong job. The food at the hotel is repetative and always served luke warm. The spa facilities are superb and some of the staff are freindly but most quite miserable and will happily tell you that they do not like working there!!!! Walls paper thin you can hear next doors conversation. Do not hire skis from the hotel they are not serviced porpoerly and are dangerous, we hired some for the day and had to get them serviced on the mountain as they had no wax or edges and when we gave the guy the bill for that he just laughed at us and shrugged his shoulders - WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR UK VISITORS, go to either the Sport or the Kemplinski, more expensive but much better. Big thanks to the guy who drives the bus to the slopes each morning, he is lovely!

Vec petu godinu gost sam hotela Bulgaria i Katarino SPA, a svaki izlazak u grad Bansko neizbezan je bio odlazak u hotel Perun. Savrsen hotel u svemu, ambijent, ljubazan personal, besprekorna ponuda i usluga. Idealno mesto za odmor i relaksaciju.Ako budem te srece da u vreme mog ovogodisnjeg odmora u hotelu bude mesta, radovacu se boravku u Perunu. od srca ga preporucujem!

The hotel is best value for money. the breakfast and the dinner are good as all the services there but only a 10% of the stuff speaks english. this is a problem..

We stayed at the Perun Hotel 16th-23rd Feb 2008. One of the catering staff tried pushed his way into one of our rooms that had 2 females staying in, one of which was a 13yr old. Scaring the younger one he proceeded to cop a feel with the other. we reported this to the hotel manager immediatly who said this would be dealt with very seriously indeed. Somehow I'm not so sure after they wanted to offer me something (anything) to keep this under wraps. I formally reported the incident to Neilsons who are meant to be looking into this. If you are going there, it is a lovely hotel (now that they are serving hot meals - Had to complain about that too)... BE CAREFUL, they allow hotel staff to use the facilities, so look after each other... Personally I would never go there again after that grubby little git spoilt our holiday !!
