Location: St. Ivan Rilski Hotel Spa & Apartments is an all seasons residential and holiday complex, located in one of Bulgarias most magnificent mountains - Pirin, that surrounds the ancient town of Bansko:
- 5 minutes to the ski lift by car - 160 km. to the capital Sofia - 50 km. to the national boarder with Greece
The complex consists of a 4 Star Hotel, a Spa Centre and 4 edifices with apartments.
St. Ivan Rilski Hotel includes: - 87 single and double rooms and 7 apartments - A restaurant for healthy food with 80-100 seats - A conference block with 3 halls and capacity 120 people - 2 bars: a lobby bar and a budha bar - An exclusive Health and Sports centre with floorage of 1000 sq.m. that will occupy 2 levels and will offer a wide range of services, such as spa procedures and fitness programmes.
St.Ivan Rilski Apartments include: - 4 residential buildings - 162 residences studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms - Balconies with breathtaking views of Pirin Mountain - All apartments have sattelite TV, phone, mini-bar, Internet access, kitchen area with all facilities, balcony.
Services provided for the guests: room service, telephone, internet, medical care (medical centre), kindergarten, ski-lockers, parking, etc.

PRICE NOTES:* The rates are in EUR, per room/apartment per night with breakfast included. Transfer to the first station of the Gondola is provided during winter season.

Maximim occupancy:
Sinlge room - 1 regular bed
Double room - 2 regular + 1 extra bed
Studio - 2 regular + 1 extra bed
Apartment - 2 regular + 2 extra beds
Extra bed: 6 Euro for adult and 3 Euro for child (6-12 years old) per night, breakfast included;
Resort fee: 8 Euro per adult per stay and 4 Euro per child.
Supplements:
- Christmas dinner (optional): 44 Euro per adult and 22 Euro per child (6-12 years old);
- New Year's Eve Dinner (obligatory): 78 Euro per adult and 39 Euro per child (6-12 years old);
- Supplement for dinner on a block table - 8 Euro adult, 4 Euro child;
- Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge.
CANCELLATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least 7 days before the check in date.
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 2 nights' accommodation and catering.
Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!
Any changes on reservations with Early booking discount will be considered as a new reservations!
