- A restaurant for healthy food with 80-100 seats
- A conference block with 3 halls and capacity 120 people
- 2 bars: a lobby bar and a budha bar
- An exclusive Health and Sports centre with floorage of 1000 sq.m. that will occupy 2 levels and will offer a wide range of services, such as spa procedures and fitness programmes.
St.Ivan Rilski Apartments include:
- 4 residential buildings
- 162 residences – studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms
- Balconies with breathtaking views of Pirin Mountain
- All apartments have sattelite TV, phone, mini-bar, Internet access, kitchen area with all facilities, balcony.
Services provided for the guests: room service, telephone, internet, medical care (medical centre), kindergarten, ski-lockers, parking, etc.
