The legendary skier Hermann Maier is invited to open Bansko winter season 2012 - 2013.
Bansko ski resort announced that the official opening will be held on 15th December.

The five time World cup champion Marc Girardelli and the most successful Bulgarian skier Petar Popangelov will be special guests of the official opening ceremony.

Once again, the Bulgarian popular resort – known as “The Winter Capital of the Balkans“ – will host a remarkable opening event, full of competitions, games and attractive prizes.

In addition, Bansko’s calendar will offer many new attractions, concerts, exhibitions and ski events.
