Location: Zara hotel is located beneath the Todorka Peak, at the foot of the Pirin mountain.
The hotel is situated 400 m away from the Gondola cabin lift and 500 m from Bansko downtown. Free shuttle bus is provided from the hotel to the lift station.
Accommodation: The hotel features 89 standard and deluxe rooms as well as one bedroom apartments. The rooms are fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard.
SPA centre: The hotel offers a modern Spa center where various procedures are offered. There is a pool whith Jacuzzi and children's section, steam bath, sauna, Turkish bath and beauty salon.

- For the periods 14.12.2024 – 20.12.2024; 08.03.2025 - 22.03.2025 up to 7 days before arrival date - no penalty. For cancellations after this period – 50% of the reservation. No show - 2 nights.

Food in hotel was very cold and pretty dreadful but the staff were amazing.
