Razlog municipal will receive 83 decares in Golak site, informed the district manager of Pirin Anton Brachkov. The Ministry Council decided to transfer the property, which was owned by the Ministry of Defense, in the actives of Razlog municipal.
The mayor of Razlog plans to invest in the construction of a modern tourism center with villa sites. This is part of the development program of the municipal. Razlog is still behind Bansko as a competitive tourism center, but the local managers plan to develop Razlog as a cultural center. The first steps for this improvement have been made- the construction of Kulinoto as well as all of the investments attracted from the European Union for the development of rural and eco tourism in the villages situated in the vicinity of Razlog. Such a project is now being realized in Dobarsko.
The governor of Pirin Anton Brachkov will transform the property from government owned to municipal, and thus Razlog will possess the huge terrain.
